Tanavi Mohanty
Tanavi Mohanty is a Partner at the firm, and focuses on private and public mergers and acquisitions, and private equity investments.
Tanavi has advised a variety of clients, including private equity investors, strategic foreign investors and Indian corporations, in their investments involving private and public Indian companies across various sectors, including technology, retail, pharma & healthcare, restaurant, renewable energy and manufacturing.
At the Firm, Tanavi has advised marquee private equity firms and multinational corporations in their high value transactions.
Tanavi graduated law school near the top of her class, joined the Firm as an associate after a brief tenure with the Corporate Legal Group of ICICI Bank Limited, and became a Partner in August 2023.
