Her experience includes arbitrations arising out of power plant projects, insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings on behalf of banks – as financial creditor or committee of creditors and insolvency resolution professionals and litigation in relation to corporate and financial crimes.
Suhani has worked on crucial insolvency processes and represented the Committee of Creditors led by State Bank of India in corporate insolvency resolution processes for several companies such as the Adhunik group of companies. She has also represented the Resolution Professionals in corporate insolvency resolution processes such as Electrosteel Steels Limited. She has represented companies such as Paharpur Cooling Towers Limited and Rashmi Metaliks Limited in arbitration proceedings. She has also been representing GoI undertakings and corporate entities in litigations arising out of corporate and financial crimes, before various forums.
