Shivangi Sharma Talwar is a partner, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, investment transactions and strategic buy-outs.
She has over 13 years of post-qualification experience, working on some of the largest and marquee transactions in the insurance, and information technology sectors.
As a transactional lawyer, Shivangi on a regular basis, advises clients (both domestic and international), in relation to their cross-border transactions, setting up of business operations, restructuring activities and strategic acquisitions.
She has advised multinationals, corporates, Private Equity Funds, VC Funds and HNI’s in their investment and fund-raising matters.
Apart from her transactional experience, Shivangi has worked extensively on insurance regulatory matters, general corporate advisory and advisory on exchange control laws.
