She has vast experience, spanning over 19 years, working with leading law firms and organizations including Noerr LLP, a leading pan-European law firm at its London office as a member of its India Group and an in-house legal counsel at ADM Capital, Asia’s largest distressed asset private equity fund. As a member of the India Group of Noerr LLP, Sarika collaborated across their offices in Germany, Central and East European region, Russia, UK and US on M&A, joint ventures and general corporate and commercial advisory assignments involving an Indian element. As an in-house counsel at ADM Capital, she managed several turnaround investment transactions and special situation investment transactions end-to-end, including pre and post investment restructuring of portfolio companies, in close coordination with investment teams and external counsel.
Sarika advises domestic and international clients on a variety of corporate and commercial matters.
