Saifur Rahman Faridi is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Practice Group in the Firm’s New Delhi Office. His area of practice includes arbitrations and corporate and commercial litigation.
Saifur Rahman has an extensive experience in advising and representing clients in both domestic & international arbitrations. He has been representing diverse clientele in complex arbitrations before international institutions (such as ICC, SIAC, ICA) as well as national and international ad hoc tribunals across various jurisdictions such as New York, London, Singapore etc. His proficiency extends to a broad spectrum of commercial disputes, where he consistently delivers strategic counsel and effective representation. Beyond arbitration, Saifur Rahman advises and represents clients in litigation before the Supreme Court of India, the High Courts across India, including specialised fora such as National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, National Company Law Tribunal etc.
