Ruth Chenchiah is a Partner at the Firm, specialising in equity capital markets.
She represents issuers, underwriters and selling shareholders across securities offerings, including initial public offerings (IPOs) and qualified institutions placements (QIPs). She has also advised brokers and sellers on secondary market transactions, including block deals and offers for sale through the stock exchange mechanism.
Ruth further advises listed companies on regulatory compliances and disclosures, including in relation to insider trading and Takeover Code based compliances.
Ruth was recognised as a ‘Rising Star’ at the IFLR Asia-Pacific Awards 2023.
