Rohit Garg regularly advises and represents Indian and foreign clients, before the Revenue Authorities, various appellate authorities including Authority for Advance Rulings (AAR), Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, various High Courts and the Supreme Court of India. He has more than 15 years of professional experience.

Rohit is an Advocate and also a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI) and Company Secretary (ICSI).

He has been advising on complex issues relating to Treaty interpretation and international taxation and has been involved in several restructuring projects. He has to his credit more than 100 reported decisions on varied topics of taxation. Some of the significant client litigation matters of which Rohit has been part of includes Vodafone, General Electric, Vedanta, NDTV, Boeing India, ST Engineering, Engineering Analysis etc. He has represented his client in various courts / tribunals across the country.

He has addressed seminars and conferences on the various issues relating to direct taxation. He has written/contributed to more than a dozen articles or research papers which has been published on leading tax journals/e-platforms like Taxmann, Taxsutra, IFA, Maupatra etc.

Rohit is an active member of Delhi High Court Bar Association and Income Tax Appellate Tribunal Bar Association.
