Priya Awasthi focuses on various forms of public market fundraisings such as initial public offerings (IPO), qualified institutions placements, and rights offerings.

She has significant experience in the setting up of real estate investment trusts (REITs), fundraisings by such trusts and in providing ongoing advice to REITs. She has advised and represented both, domestic and international investment banks, and companies across several sectors including manufacturing, banking, real estate and hospitality.
