Pratyush Khurana is a Partner at the firm in the General Corporate Practice Area.

With over to 15 years of experience, Pratyush specialises in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, business transfer, private equity and venture capital investments and general corporate advisory. He is a qualified Company Secretary and holds a B.B.A.LLB degree from Symbiosis International University, Pune.

Pratyush is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi . He is fluent in English and Hindi. He advises various prominent investor clients including Lightspeed, Elevation, InfoEdge Ventures, WaterBridge Ventures, 360 One Fund to name a few. Apart from representing the investors, he represents and advise on regular basis the founders of emerging growth and technology companies and assist such companies in their entire life cycle from incorporation to exit.

Before joining the firm, he worked as a Partner with Dentons Link Legal and Indus Law, where he advised clients on an extensive range of transactions with a focus on equity financing and strategic investments.
