With over a decade of experience in the legal and corporate sector, Nikita has provided strategic legal counsel to a broad spectrum of clients, including multinational corporations, private equity firms, venture capitalists, and start-ups. She specializes in handling complex transactions across a variety of industries both domestically and internationally.
Nikita has extensive experience in advising clients on early, growth and late-stage Private Equity & Venture Capital transactions, as well as navigating cross-border and domestic M&A deals. She has worked with a diverse range of sectors, including E-Commerce, Fin-Tech, Information Technology & IT-enabled Services (IT & ITES), Healthcare, Food and Beverage (F&B), Logistics, Hospitality and Agri-Tech.
