Mahesh Wasadikar
Mahesh is a partner with the Firm in the corporate practice group and specialises in advising on private equity investments, mergers & acquisitions and joint ventures.
He represents private equity firms as well as listed and unlisted companies in private equity investments, domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and joint ventures across a variety of sectors including banking and financial services, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, information technology and e-commerce and retail.
He is also actively involved in advising on complex regulatory issues under Indian corporate laws and commercial contracts.
