Arjun K. Perikal is a Partner at the Firm and brings deep experience spanning over 17 years’, in addressing a diverse spectrum of legal matters involving dispute resolution, corporate structuring, general corporate advisory, private wealth and real estate.

Arjun has core competence in the areas of shareholder dispute, commercial and civil litigation, arbitration and corporate structuring/ re-structuring including strategy and pre-conflict advisory. Arjun has advised several public and private sector clients, in cross border and domestic Scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamtion, and appeared as counsel before various National Company Law Tribunals and Appellate bench. He also conducts trial in civil suit, domestic arbitration and often appears as counsel in writ petitions, economic offence and directorate matters. He also provides Estate Planning advice for large business families with assets spread across several states in India and internationally.

Arjun has advised India entry strategy to international entities; and Indian promoters in joint ventures with Korean and US heavy duty tractor manufacturers, US arms manufacturer, Brazilian ammunitions manufacturer, German and Korean spring manufacturers, Korean high speed coach seat manufacturer, food formulations etc. He has also acted as a global acquisition lead counsel for lab analytics and IT companies.

Arjun regularly advises in leasing of commercial premises for major Bengaluru based tech park developers. He has also advised and assisted in negotiating construction and development, and operation and maintenance contracts, for malls, hospitals and residential complex and disinvestments of co-living and co-work spaces; and advised on acquisition of land and setting up of about 350MW of solar farm as well.
