Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advises Tata Projects Limited on the EPC project of FS India Solar Ventures Private Limited

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised Tata Projects Limited on the EPC project of FS India Solar Ventures Private Limited (“FirstSolar”) in relation to a suite of engineering, procurement and construction contracts i.e. civil works contract, composite works contract and WRAP agreement entered into with First Solar for setting up of a 3.3 GW fully integrated solar photovoltaic modules manufacturing facility in Chennai for FS India Solar Ventures Private Limited. The date of signing was 10th March 2022. The deal was valued at 182 million USD.
