Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advises Raymond Limited on its joint venture with Bankruptcy Cotonificio Honegger S.P.A

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas advised Raymond Limited (“Raymond”) and Raymond Luxury Cottons Limited (“RLCL”) as a part of the buy-back process of RLCL to buy back the entire shareholding of Bankruptcy Cotonificio Honegger S.P.A., Italy in RLCL. Consequently, RLCL became a wholly owned subsidiary of Raymond w.e.f. April 28, 2023.
