Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advises Raymond Consumer Care Limited on the slump sale of it’s FMCG business undertaking to Godrej Consumer Products Limited

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas advised Raymond Consumer Care Limited on the transfer of it’s FMCG business undertaking (which includes well-known trademarks such as Park Avenue, K.S., Kamasutra and Premium) to Godrej Consumer Products Limited, on a slump sale basis. The date of signing the deal was 27 April 2023 and the deal was valued at INR 2,825 crores.
