Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advises Power Finance Corporation on INR 2,052 crores Term Loan for Hybrid Renewable Energy Project in Rajasthan and Gujarat

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advised Power Finance Corporation Limited, in connection with term loan facility granted to Juniper Green Beta Private Limited, in relation to setting-up and implementing a solar wind hybrid renewable energy project comprising of 280 MW/392 MWp solar capacity and 132 MW wind capacity, in Jodhpur District of Rajasthan and Devbhumi Dwarka District, Gujarat. The value of the deal is INR 2,052 crores. The transaction was signed on 4 December 2024 and is expected to close by 30 June 2025.
