Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co, advised ICICI Securities Limited and Credit Suisse Securities (India) Private Limited on the qualified institution placement of 9,90,09,900 equity shares, at a price of ₹202 per equity share, aggregating to ₹2,000 crore, by The Indian Hotels Company Limited. The deal was valued at INR 2,000 crore. The date of closing was March 26, 2022.
