Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas advised Barentz in its acquisition of Radian Chemical Products, a high-end niche specialty solutions provider predominantly in color cosmetics and personal care industries. The deal was closed on 21 December 2023.

Barentz is a leading global life science and specialty performance ingredients distributor, and the acquisition emphasizes Barentz’s commitment to the Indian market and is expected to open a realm of strategic opportunities across the Asia Pacific region.
