Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas advised Skill Lync in its acquisition of experiential learning edtech platform Crio from the founders of Crio – Rathinamurthy Rathinasamy and Sridher Jeyachandran, and the investors of Crio which include 021 Capital Scheme, Mekin Maheshwari, Ravi Garikapati, Vaibhav Gupta, Sujeet Kumar and Ankit Nagori.
