Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advised Planet One Group in acquisition of operatorship and 70% participating interest in the Deepwater Cape three point (DWCTP Block) from GOIL Upstream. The agreements were signed on 6 December 2023, and have received approvals from the Ghanian Government in January 2023.
The deal allows Planet One to secure exploration and production rights in Ghana, Africa.
