Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advised IndianOil Corporation Limited on the long-term supply of LNG from TotalEnergies Gas & Power Limited and ADNOC Group

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advised IndianOil Corporation Limited (“IOCL”) on the long-term supply of LNG from TotalEnergies Gas & Power Limited (“Total”) and ADNOC Group. The agreements with TotalEnergies Gas & Power Limited and ADNOC Group were signed in May and September, respectively.
IOCL has executed an agreement to establish a long-term sale and purchase arrangement for LNG with Total from 2026 for 10 years, and ADNOC Group for a period of 15 years with an annual volume up to 40,800,000 MMBtu per annum and 1 MMTPA respectively.
