Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co (SAM & Co.) advised as counsel to Honasa Consumer Private Limited and assisted MamaEarth and the founders in the transaction structure, overseeing and managing the due diligence by the counterparties, and in drafting and negotiating the various transaction documents. The deal is worth approximately INR 148 crores.
The SAM & Co. was led by Harsh Kumar, Partner; Mrinal Sharma, Senior Associate; Shambhawi Mishra, Associate; and Sanya Bahl, Associate.
