Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas advises Warburg Pincus on its investment in Perfios Software Solutions Private Limited

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co (SAM & Co) advised Warburg Pincus on its investment, through Pear Valley Investment Ltd, an entity incorporated in Mauritius, in Perfios Software Solutions Private Limited, an entity engaged in the business of providing fintech data platform to banks, non-banking financial institutions and other end consumers.
The transaction was overseen by Akshay Chudasama, led by Ashni Roy and included Davis Kanjamala, Neha Shaw, Akansha Singh and Anushree Pathak. Purva Phadke assisted the transaction team in the legal due diligence exercise.
Specialist Advisory: (i) Shilpa Mankar Ahluwalia, Akshita Agarwal and Himanshu Malhotra assisted on data privacy and fintech regulatory matters; and (ii) Gopalkrishna Hegde assisted on aspects related to the Reserve Bank of India.
