Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas advises Partners Group AG in its acquisition of a controlling stake in the Sunsure Group

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas advised Partners Group AG Limited (“Partners Group”), in its acquisition of a majority stake in Sunsure Energy Private Limited (“Sunsure”), a leading operator in the commercial and industrial renewables and decarbonization solutions sector. The deal is valued at USD 400 million. This is the first investment by the Partners Group in the renewable sector in India.

The transaction team was led by Mithun V.
