Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advised Norwest Venture Partners X-Mauritius (“NVP”) in its follow-on investment (through primary subscription and secondary acquisition) in SILA Solutions Private Limited, a company engaged in the tech-oriented business of providing facility management, project management and general contracting services for residential, industrial and commercial real estate. The deal is valued at approximately USD 10 million.
