Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas advises Norwest Capital, LLC on its Series D investment in Mintifi Private Limited

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advised Norwest Capital, LLC (“Norwest”) in relation to its Series D round of investment in Mintifi Private Limited (“Company”). The deal involved Norwest, PI Opportunities Fund I Scheme II (“PI”), International Finance Corporation (“IFC”) and Elevation Capital VII Limited (“Elevation”) making primary investments in the Company. Norwest, PI and Elevation also acquired certain securities through secondary acquisitions. The Company raised approximately USD 110 million as part of its Series D funding round.

Khaitan & Co., IndusLaw, CAM and JMP Partners advised PI, Elevation, IFC and Lok Capital Growth Fund, respectively. CAM also advised the Company and its Promoters.
