Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co (SAM & Co.) advised Marubeni Corporation in the acquisition of 100% of the debenture capital of Atmosphere Realty Private Limited (ARPL) (part of the Wadhwa Group).
SAM & Co. acted as legal counsel to Marubeni Corporation. The transaction team was led by Ms. Roopal Kulsrestha, Partner and included Ms. Meghna Nachappa (Associate), Ms. Anamika Ray (Associate), Ms. Bhagyashree Madhekar (Associate), Ms. Parvathy Anil (Associate), Ms. Akshra Pandey (Associate) and Ms. Teeshta Bissa (Associate).
