Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas advises IndoStar Capital Finance Limited and Everstone Capital Partner II LLC on the sale of 14.21% Equity Shares of the company through an offer for sale

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas advised IndoStar Capital Finance Limited (“Company”) and Everstone Capital Partners II LLC on the successful sale of up to 1,93,40000 equity shares of the Company through an Offer for Sale (OFS) through the stock exchange mechanism. The transaction represents 14.21% of the total paid-up equity share capital of the company. The deal was valued at ₹ 197.62 crore and the settlement date of equity shares sold in the OFS was 5th May 2023.
The firm also advised Motilal Oswal Financial Services, the ‘selling broker’ for the deal.
