Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advised HDFC Bank Limited in relation to the financial assistance granted to TRIL Infopark Limited, inter alia, for the purpose of refinancing its existing debt availed to develop the special economic zone park (for information technology (IT)/information technology enabled services (ITES)) named Ramanujam IT City, spread across ~25.27 acres with a total built up area of ~7.1 million sq. ft. including an office space of ~4.6 million sq. ft leasable area. located at OMR Expressway, Chennai. The deal is valued at USD 280 Million approximately. The date of closing the deal was 25 March 2022.
