Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advised DLF Cyber City Developers Limited to issue senior, listed, rated, secured, non-cumulative, taxable, transferable, redeemable non-convertible debentures from Morgan Stanley India Company Private Limited and Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited. The deal is valued at INR 10,000,000,000. The date of closing the issue was 18 November 2021.
