Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advised Birla Estates Private Limited on its acquisition of land and building at Walkeshwar, Malabar Hill Division, Mumbai. The transaction is undertaken with the intention of developing a premium residential project.
The SAM & Co. team assisted on all the legal aspects of the transaction, including structuring of the deal, undertaking title due diligence as well as drafting, negotiating, and finalizing the transaction documents.
