Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas advised SBFC Finance Limited on its initial public offering aggregating to ₹10,250 million

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas advises SBFC Finance Limited on its initial public offering by way of a fresh issue of 105,301,883 equity shares aggregating to ₹6,000 million and an offer for sale by the promoter selling shareholders of 74,561,402 equity shares aggregating to ₹4,250 million. The deal was valued at approximately ₹10,250 million and the equity shares of the Issuer were listed on the BSE and NSE on August 16, 2023.

The proceeds of the fresh issue are to be utilized towards augmenting the Company’s capital base to meet its future capital requirements arising out of the growth of its business and assets.
