Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advised Panthera Growth Fund (“Panthera”) in the primary round of investment in Innoviti Payment Solutions Private Limited. The date of signing the deal was 23 June, 2022. Panthera led the Series D round’s investment from its recently announced Fund II, along with new investors, including Alumni Ventures, Patni Family Office, and existing investors FMO and Bessemer Venture Partners, Netherlands.
