Samridha Neupane joins Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas as a Partner in the Projects & Project Finance Practice

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. (“SAM & Co.”) is pleased to announce that Samridha Neupane has joined the Firm as a Partner in the Projects & Project Finance Practice. He will be based out of the Firm’s Delhi office.

With specialisation in projects and commercial laws, Samridha has worked on several transactions, including strategic investments, private equity investments, mergers, and acquisitions primarily in the energy and infrastructure space along with projects and construction related documentation and bid advisory and support.

In his career spanning more than a decade, Samridha has developed a strong focus on the renewable and clean energy space, having advised and represented diverse clients including developers, contractors, Indian and foreign investors, regulatory authorities, think-tanks, multilateral institutions, and financial institutions.

Prior to joining SAM & Co., Samridha worked with Saraf & Partners as a Partner in the Projects, Energy & Infrastructure (PEI) practice and prior to that as a Partner in the PEI practice of Luthra & Luthra Law Offices.
