The draft broadcasting services (Regulation) bill, 2023
November 28, 2023On November 10, 2023, the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting (“MIB”) released the draft of the Broadcasting Services (Regulation) Bill, 2023 (“Bill”) for public comments till December 09, 2023. Once enacted, the Bill will replace the Cable Television Networks (Regulation) Act, 1995.
