Delhi High Court grants extension of time for filing Opposition to Trade Marks and CGPDTM issues Public Notice
The Delhi High Court (“the Court”) has issued orders to allow for more time to file Opposition proceedings against trade mark applications advertised during the covid19 pandemic, in lieu of Writ Petitions filed by four separate entities (“the Petitioners”) against the Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trade Marks (“CGPDTM”).
