Workshop on crisis management & Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH)

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co, Infosys Limited and the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) collaborated to host a Crisis Management and Prevention of Sexual Harrassment (PoSH) workshop. Pooja Ramchandani, Partner with our Employment Law Practice, shared her views on the laws governing the prevention of sexual harassment (PoSH) act. She elaborated on various aspects including the redressal process for sexual harassment complaints, business risks faced by various stakeholders and corrective measures to be taken in such cases.

 

Another pertinent question “What do you do when crisis hits?” was discussed at length and focused on an essential governance framework for any organisation, including a plan to engage with key stakeholders and also the role that an in-house counsel could be expected to perform during a crisis.
