Webinar series on arbitration tips, tricks and trends

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co conducted an online Arbitration Webinar Series over three editions, on 7, 10 and 13 April 2020 on the following topics: (i) Pre-dispute Considerations in Arbitration; (ii) Effective Management of an Arbitration and; (iii) Upcoming Avenues in Arbitration. This was in continuation of the physical training sessions that SAM & Co Arbitration Practice Group has earlier organised at its Delhi and Mumbai offices.
Our Partner & Head – Arbitration, Tejas Karia along with Partners, Rishab Gupta and Ila Kapoor shared insights on various themes. Other speakers included Kevin Nash, Deputy Registrar and Centre Director, Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC); Shweta Bidhuri, Head, South Asia, SIAC; Shruti Sabharwal, Principal Associate, SAM & Co; and Niyati Gandhi, Senior Associate, SAM & Co.
