Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas organised a discussion on “Accessing the Public Markets in a Global Lockdown: Trends and Opportunities”, led by Prashant Gupta, Partner and National Practice Head – Capital Markets. Considering the high level of activity in the public markets in India and globally amidst the Covid pandemic, the discussion focused on the key factors driving these transactions in the public markets. It also touched upon the global investors’ outlook and upcoming opportunities for Indian companies/sponsors as India emerges from the Covid-19 pandemic.
