Secondments
Due to our access to a global network, associates are offered secondments to other firms and client mandates frequently. We also accept associates from other firms as tailored secondments across our offices.

We invest in individuals — right from the stage they join us as associates — and spend considerable resources while aiding in their overall development. Our Learning & Development Team (L&D Team) designs, implements and oversees the Continuous Legal Education Programme (CLE Programme) for the Associates at the Firm.
