Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advised The Riverside Company in the acquisition of Knowcross Solutions Private Limited from Nikhil Nath (founder and CEO) and other minority shareholders, through its UniFocus platform. With Knowcross, UniFocus will be positioned to play a greater role in transforming digital task management and operational optimization for the hospitality industry, consequently enhancing the overall customer experience. This transaction marks UniFocus’ first foray into the Indian market.
