Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas and Co advises Mitsui Fudosan Co. Ltd. in a joint venture with RMZ Corp.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co (SAM & Co) advised as legal counsel to Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd. for its 50:50 joint venture with Bengaluru based real estate company, RMZ Corp. This is Mitsui Fudosan’s maiden investment into India.

Mitsui Fudosan was also advised by Mori Hamada Matsumoto, Singapore along with SAM & Co. by PwC as their tax advisor. RMZ Corp. was represented by AZB & Partners.
