The Mineral Laws (Amendment) Act 2020
March 13, 2020The Mineral Laws (Amendment) Act 2020 received Presidential assent on 13 March 2020. It shall be deemed to have come into force from 10 January 2020. The Mineral Laws (Amendment) Ordinance 2020 stands repealed.
The aforesaid Amendment Act, without prejudice to the effect of the amendments, shall remain in force for a period of sixty days from the date of assent by the President and shall be deemed to have been repealed after the expiry of the said period.
