Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., one of India’s premier law firms, celebrated the 8th anniversary of its Chennai office by hosting its annual “Thought Leadership Initiative” at The Leela Palace, Chennai. The half-day event focused on the latest trends in deals and investments across Tamil Nadu, welcoming over 250 distinguished guests from the corporate sector.
The initiative highlighted Tamil Nadu’s thriving investment environment, with key discussions on foreign direct investment, private equity, venture capital trends, and the growing opportunities in real estate. The conference was conducted with the support of Guidance Tamil Nadu, the nodal investment arm of the State of Tamil Nadu.
The Chief Guest was Mr. Paul Arun, Senior Vice President, Guidance Tamil Nadu. Guest of Honor was Advocate General Mr. P.S. Raman. Keynote Speaker was Vanitha Venugopal, CEO of Tamil Nadu Technology Hub.
The firm also unveiled their book titled, “Doing Business in India 2024”, released by Chief Guest Paul Arul and Guest of Honour Advocate General P.S. Raman. The keynote address was delivered by Vanita Venugopal, CEO of Tamil Nadu Technology (iTNT) Hub.
