Venture Intelligence recently hosted a PE-VC Conclave in Bengaluru on September 17, 2024, which was sponsored by Ascent Capital, Stakeboat Capital, Gaja Capital and others.
Our Partner, Manav Nagaraj, chaired a thought-provoking session titled “PE-VC in India: Unleashing the Next Wave.” The discussion delved into critical topics such as the challenges and opportunities associated with both investments and exits, the implications of evolving regulatory and policy frameworks, and the impact of geopolitical developments.
Additionally, our Partner, Manish Gupta, moderated an interesting session focused on “Venture Capital”. This session covered variety of topics including pressing concerns of the LPs and GPs as well as the start-ups in the context of funding winter and potential exit routes, recent trends including emergence of new sectors for investment, and strategies to effectively implement corporate governance, navigate regulatory changes and maximize exit.
