Rohit Tiwari is a Partner in the Firm’s Capital Markets practice, specializing in equity and debt capital markets, and hybrid security offerings. He is based out of the Mumbai and Bengaluru offices.

Rohit advises issuers, investment banks and investors across a wide range of securities offerings, including initial public offerings, institutional placements and bond issuances. Advising on structuring and hybrid security offerings by real estate investment trusts (REITs) and infrastructure investment trusts (InvITs) is a key area of focus for him.

Rohit was recognised as a ‘Key Lawyer’ by the Legal500 Asia Pacific Rankings 2021 and 2022. He started his career with the capital markets team at Trilegal. Prior to joining the Firm, he was a partner with the capital markets team at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas.
