Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advised Times Internet Limited on the sale of its “DineOut” platform, being India’s leading dining out and restaurant tech platform, to Swiggy, for an all-stock deal at an undisclosed value. The date of signing of definitive agreements was 12 May, 2022.
